We are looking for a Proposal Writer/Project Manager to assist as a Logistics and Sales coordinator. Our office is located in Fairfax, VA and our company culture is very modern, with open work spaces and an enjoyable environment. This Proposal Writer/Project Manager will be acting as the point of contact for vendors and Government personnel on behalf of Ecology Mir Group, therefore we are seeking not only experienced representatives, but also those new to the workforce who are driven and creative!

Responsibilities

Ensure that the contracts run smoothly
Assist with any needs of our end users
Work with the Sales team to prepare and execute proposals for contracts
Oversee technical and logistical aspects of ongoing contracts
Identify and address any issues that may arise
Build relationships with end users and assist other departments with needs related to said contract

Requirements

Proposal writing experience highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and objectives at the same time
Google suite
Microsoft Office
Interpersonal, organizational, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift
