Our hardworking team is looking to add a proactive, self-motivated Coordinator who can provide superior customer service to assist the homeowners. They will be responsible for handling the documentation, scheduling, production, job updating, and problem-solving for our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the contracts run smoothly
- Assist with any needs of our end users
- Identify and address any issues that may arise
- Build relationships with end users and assist other departments with needs related to said contract
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal, organizational, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service and time management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and MS Teams / Office 365
- 3+ years of office and administrative experience
- Scheduling or dispatching experience is preferred
- Experience in construction or related industries is highly desirable
- Able to problem solve and assist in conflict resolution
- Experience in MICA, RMS, and Xactimate is required
